Mercure Hotel Berlin Mitte, Berlin

The hotel is conveniently located near a metro station making it easy to explore Berlin. While the rooms were a bit noisy and dated, they did have a safe for valuables. The service was top-notch with friendly and hassle-free check-in. The dining offered a variety of choices and great coffee. The hotel's location near the train station was advantageous, providing easy access to different attractions.

My stay at the hotel had its ups and downs. The rooms, unfortunately, had very poor noise insulation and were a bit outdated, plus my view was of the breakfast patio, which was not ideal. On the bright side, the staff was extremely friendly and helpful, with a special shoutout to Mr Wick and his colleague from the bar. The location was convenient, close to a metro station, but the surrounding area felt a bit run down. The dining options were decent, though a bit pricey. Overall, a mixed experience.
